About PICCADILLY
PICCADILLY is a small but growing English school located in Atsugi, Kanagawa. We are currently looking for creative and energetic teachers who have experience in teaching kids.
We are a unique school in that we give our teachers complete control of what they teach their students. After listening to their goals, it’s up to you to compile a course (using our material) that is best suited for them.
We only offer man to man adult classes so you don’t have to worry about managing a lot of students at once. Kids classes on the other hand are group (up to 6) but they have been set up in a way to allow you to focus on just the classes.
We allow are teachers to work whenever they want! Want to take a few days off to go to Kyoto? Done. Need to go back home for 2 weeks? Done. No questions asked. All we require is 3 weeks advance notice.
Work schedule operates in a similar way. You can choose the days and times you work. It could be once a week from 11am-1pm or everyday PICCADILLY is open. We also allow our teachers to work from our school, home or both.
PICCADILLY is entirely foreign owned. We will not micro manage you and we will take what you say on board.

- Must love working with kids
- Native-level English speaker
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- An understanding of cultural differences
- Valid work visa
- Commitment to the position for at least 6 months
- Available for an online or in-person interview
